MY STORY
My name is Minelle Mattina Desilva. I immigrated with my family to the United States from Sri Lanka. I earned my Associate of Science in Business Administration at Northern Virginia Community College and transferred as an ADVANCE student to George Mason University to complete my final two years. At George Mason University, I am pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Business Analytics. I aim to be a Business Analyst, where I will be able to contribute my analysis skills to improve efficiency and reduce costs. One of the challenges I have learned to overcome is learning to adapt and grow through adversity. I give credit to God, my family, friends, and community, who continue to support me in achieving my dreams.
