MY STORY
My name is Mahoor Fallah. I am currently in my second semester at George Mason University, studying Cybersecurity. I am originally from Iran and two years ago my family moved to the US where as a woman, I could feel safe. I am extremely lucky to be able to study here and pursue my dreams, as I was not able to in Iran. I have made it a goal for myself to become successful enough to help other girls and women in my home country to have a second chance in life, to experience life and not just to survive it. Receiving the "WOMEN'S" Club of Great Falls Scholarship Fund scholarship is one of the steps that I have taken toward that goal and I'm eternally grateful to you for believing in me. I speak three languages: Farsi, English and Turkish. Even though I'm studying in the computer field, I am also very active in the music field and am extremely passionate about it. I play the piano and the guitar where I sing and write songs. Hopefully someday I might be able to share them with the world.
