MY STORY
My name is Joseline Jolee Apel. I was born and raised in the north of Germany, and I am a first-generation student at George Mason University. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to pursue my higher education as an international student majoring in business management. Growing up in a military family where the influence of German culture ignited my willingness for commitment and the straightforward organization needed to accomplish my goals. Reliability, versatility, and motivation are strengths of mine that allow me to hold on to my dreams. My parents’ dedication to my education created the foundation for my goals, but my enthusiasm is necessary to achieve them. Hard work and educational focus are necessary to afford what I desire. Receiving the scholarship award is supporting my desire to learn and focus on my education. My endurance and strength are a gift that leads to my success and accomplishments, which contribute to a hopeful future.
