My name is Caitlin Carlton. I am a senior at George Mason University, studying Business Administration with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management. I have a strong passion for global markets and cultures. I am working toward my goal of contributing to the growth of multinational enterprises. After earning my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, I redirected my focus toward the business world and am committed to expanding my expertise in diverse markets. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have demonstrated resilience and dedication. I aspire to make a meaningful impact in my field and be a role model to my children, showing them perseverance leads to success.
