Jingyi Ren

MY STORY

My name is Jingyi Ren and I am a first-generation immigrant from China.  I am currently enrolled in George Mason University’s competitive direct-entry program Bachelor of Science in Nursing, part of the graduating class of 2028. My freshman year, I joined the Honors College. As part of my coursework, I developed a research proposal related to Artificial Intelligence, a rapidly evolving topic which I also hope to explore further in my career in healthcare.

After obtaining my bachelor degree, I plan to pursue a Master’s degree to become a Nurse Practitioner (NP).  I hope to give back by supporting underserved women’s health in my local community.
